Our organic guacamole is made with carefully selected avocados from our farms in Andalusia and other certified production areas. We work with natural ingredients and a respectful process that preserves the texture, colour and authentic flavour of avocado.
The recipe has been developed in collaboration with chef Juanjo Ruiz, combining tradition, fresh produce and balanced flavours.
Our mild variety represents authentic homemade guacamole: creamy, with small pieces of avocado, designed to enjoy the natural flavour and fresh texture of traditionally prepared avocado.
The spicy variety is created for the more adventurous, with a spiced touch that adds character and a more intense flavour experience.
Our probiotic guacamole incorporates microencapsulated Lactobacillus pentosus LGP1, a probiotic whose effectiveness has been validated by OLEICA, a research centre affiliated with the CSIC, while maintaining the full flavour of traditional guacamole with added functional value.
Organic avocado (96%), salt, garlic, onion, lemon juice, coriander and natural antioxidants that help preserve product quality.
We prepare our guacamole shortly after harvest, preserving avocado freshness at its optimal stage of ripeness. We work with processes that respect the product, without intensive pasteurisation and without adding unnecessary ingredients.
The result is a creamy, natural guacamole with a flavour that recalls homemade preparation.
Part of the avocados we use are grown at Finca Garabito (Casares, Málaga), an organic farm where we practise responsible agriculture, controlled irrigation and careful soil management. This is where the quality of the product you hold in your hands begins.
