Control at every stage of the process
We apply continuous controls throughout the entire value chain, from cultivation to final dispatch. We monitor key parameters such as ripeness, firmness, Brix level, and internal condition, ensuring that every shipment meets established quality standards.
Our facilities are equipped to regulate temperature, humidity, and storage conditions, allowing us to preserve product quality during preparation and transport.
Full product traceability
Traceability is one of the pillars of our quality system. We monitor the complete journey of the product, from the farm of origin to its final destination, ensuring transparency, food safety, and full documentation control throughout the process.
This system allows us to respond quickly to customer requirements and to the regulations of different markets.
