Origin is the foundation of everything we do at Jalhuca. Our production is based on own farms and controlled agricultural projects. Here we apply sustainable practices and continuous technical monitoring to ensure product quality from the field.
We operate mainly from Spain and Peru, two strategic origins that allow us to combine quality, traceability, and year-round continuity of supply.
Spain · Organic production in andalusia
In Spain, our farms are located in Andalusia, one of the most suitable regions in Europe for the cultivation of organic tropical fruits. Climatic conditions, together with efficient water and soil management, allow us to achieve stable high-quality production.
Our production in Spain focuses mainly on avocado and mango, with direct control over cultivation and harvesting processes.
Finca Garabito
One of the largest organic avocado projects in Europe
Finca Garabito is one of Jalhuca’s most representative agricultural projects and a key pillar of our production in Spain. It is a large-scale plantation dedicated to organic avocado cultivation, developed progressively with a clear long-term vision.
The project has been implemented in different phases, allowing us to optimize resources, improve yields, and ensure full traceability. Today, Finca Garabito features an extensive cultivated area and a high-performance irrigation system that minimizes tree stress and optimizes water use.
Thanks to this production model, we are able to offer our customers greater product availability and full control of the entire process, from cultivation to commercialization.

Peru · Complementary production and year-round supply
Our technical team directly supervises farmers and farms, ensuring compliance with organic farming protocols and rigorous control of production, harvesting, and post-harvest processes.
From Peru, we produce and market organic avocado, mango, ginger, and turmeric, expanding our ability to respond to the needs of different international markets.
Other certified origins
In addition to our main production in Spain and Peru, we collaborate with other certified origins in Morocco, Kenya, and the Amazon region, all of which meet Jalhuca’s standards for quality, sustainability, and traceability.
These partnerships allow us to strengthen product availability without compromising our values or our working model.
