Organic ginger production for international markets
Jalhuca’s organic ginger is cultivated under strict sustainable production and quality control standards. We produce and market certified ginger designed to meet the requirements of large-scale distribution and international markets.
Our production is mainly based in Peru, where climatic and soil conditions are optimal for this crop.
Origin and crop control
Jalhuca’s organic ginger comes from our own and controlled plantations in different regions of Peru. We apply continuous technical monitoring throughout all stages of cultivation, from planting to harvest, ensuring traceability and consistent quality.
In addition, we operate our own processing and packaging facility, allowing us to fully control selection, cleaning, and product preparation.
Ginger variety
We mainly work with the Criollo variety, recognized for its quality, aroma, and acceptance in international markets.
Availability calendar
Organic ginger is produced approximately 9 to 10 months after planting, allowing us to plan volumes effectively and ensure supply over extended periods throughout the year.
